This project was built for and is owned by the University of Southern Mindanao.
Many companies still track their employees with spreadsheets and piles of paper. That makes simple things — like filing a leave request or finding someone's records — slow and easy to get wrong.
This Human Resource Information System brings everything together into one online tool. HR staff, employees, and management each log in and see exactly what they need, without digging through files.
The result is a calmer, faster office: requests get approved in a few clicks, records stay accurate, and everyone always knows where things stand.
